Has anyone owned or experienced a navy sofa? I'm considering this for our living room, but have heard that navy blue actually shows a lot of lint more than a neutral color would (I was thinking navy would do the opposite: mask/hide any stains or marks better than a neutral tone.) Thanks!
Re: Navy/dark sofa?
Then go for the Navy. You should be fine with lint. I'm anything that gets on it like from say a sweater can easily be removed with a lint roller.
I'm not sure if it's too late to give input.
My parents own and operate an upholstery shop (and have for 35 years). They cater to decorators.
Anyways..from their experience (and mine..and observation)...100% polyester is not what you're going to want.
Lint. City. You will not be happy with that fabric choice.
