Weekly Dinner Menu 2/9

I'll get us started this week. =)

Sunday: Meat loaf and salad

Monday: Tortellini and salad (I'll be attempting to make my own sauce without a recipe. I found a jar of 'tomato sauce' in the cupboard and I'm gonna dress it up for the pasta)

Tuesday: Chicken with an onion sauce and green beans

Wednesday: I have a work event so hubby is eating leftovers

Thursday: Pork tenderloin with cannellini beans and arugula salad

Friday: Skirt steak with gorgonzola polenta

Saturday: Haven't decided yet

  • @bpphoto785- its the one that you baked the chicken for an hour and mix it every 15 mins?  It might have been me.  I just made that last week- LOVE that recipe :)

  • YES!! thank you!! My only downfall with that recipe is the rice. I never remember to make it ahead so it's not the same as fried rice, but still good!

i never do either, i usually use one of those 5 min rices and then make the rice right before the chicken is ready.
