Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

My "geeks" skipped 2 hr delay & missed a free day off to go to school
So we live in NA but school goes by what North Hills decides on delays. NA had delay this am but NH did not. I told my girls you have a delay (yay for you!), but the rest of your school doesn't. So they tell me they want to go to school instead of waiting at home with our sitter for the bus. So I tell them "ok but if NA cancels you missed a free day off school". So I drive them and no sooner do they get out of the car & I look at my email but NA cancels (which what the heck is up with that?!) Years from now when they are begging to stay home I will tell them "you had your chance when you were in 3rd grade and kindergarten"!
