I am pretty shocked no one has anything to confess this week. 

My best friend from growing up's grandmother passed away this week.  I went to the wake this afternoon.  It was the first time I've seen him in at least a year.  I miss him a lot and wish we saw each other more often.  He now lives about an hour away.  It's not as easy as when we would walk to each other's houses randomly.

I confess to a hormonal breakdown in a dealership yesterday after the worst car shopping experience of my life! Totally melted down and ugly cried in front of everyone *blush* I was embarrassed but the dealership should truly be the ones who are embarrassed based on what we went through!

I just watched the series finale of Glee and cried the ugly cry through the entire thing! Good thing no one else was home because I was a crying mess!  I think with all of the sh*t that's been going on in my life, I needed an uplifting story. Uplifting story then brought me to tears. Oh, bother!

I didn't get a chance to confess last week, so I'm going to now.

I confess that DH and I went to Walmart at 10pm on Thursday and sat on a line waiting for the midnight release of the gold Mario Amiibo.  I went into the furniture aisle and got us bean bag chairs to sit on and pillows to use, (mine was a minion pillow of course).  There were about 10 people already there when we got there.  I felt a little bad when a 7 yo and his mom got on the line and the manager told her that she probably wasn't going to get one because they only had 16 of them.  They are now selling on ebay for $50+ so I guess everything was worth it.

@minionlover That just brought back some memories for me. H and I went for a midnight game release...immediately after the wedding.

How are the amiibos? I keep contemplating getting one.

@consciousdear88 - The amiibos are the stupidest things ever.  Unless you are going to collect them like DH is doing, there is no point to them.  When they came out for Smash Brothers, I thought that you were going to be able to play as the Amiibo but that isn't the case.  You play with along side them or against them.  My Kirby leveled up so fast that he kicked my butt every time I used him.  I recently found out that if you use them in another game it wipes out the stats for Smash Brothers.  I thought they were going to be like Skylanders but they are not.

@minionlover Ugh. That stinks. I definitely assumed the same thing along the lines of how they'd be used for Smash Bros. Oh well. Only way they'd ever get me to get one is if they decided to do Captain Toad instead of normal Toad.

@consciousdear88 - If they did a Captain Toad, we would be there for the midnight release.  DH absolutely loves Toad.  He was so excited when Toad was release last week.  We luckily have an in at GameStop so the minute things are available for preorder, DH gets a call.
