It's been so slow in here lately. Let's get the board moving with some Easter menus. My parents are coming down, but I'm still undecided on what to make so tentative menu is below, but I'm open to being swayed by your delicious dishes. I'm thinking:
Ham
Roasted Parmesean Potatoes
Rosemary Herb Bread
A Vegetable (Either brown sugar pecan green beans or roasted carrots of some sort)
Salad or an apple slaw recipe I've been wanting to try
For Dessert:
Cheesecake sampler (from DD's dance fundraiser)
And this Vanilla slice recipe I've been wanting to try:

we stick with traditional, and it will just be me and Brian and my parents...so I'm sure the usual variety of ham and turkey (my mom and I don't eat ham), mashed potatoes, rolls, veggie, etc....

We always have ham and typically with cheesy potatoes, crescent rolls, and some kind of veggie like green bean casserole. Sometimes a jello mold.
My SIL and B are having it this year and with a larger crowd than usual. We will travel to attend so I am not sure what I am going to take. I'm thinking of making a key lime cheeseball from TS and maybe some cookies or an appetizer.
For breakfast we always have hard boiled eggs and Polish babka/paska bread. This year I am going to try to make the bread for the first time instead of buying it. Anyone have a good recipe????
Also, we try to find a lamb shaped like butter for breakfast and dinner. Anyone else do this?
It's just the 4 of us this year, so I'm not sure what we'll be cooking. Either something traditional like ham/potatoes/vegetable or something like scallops or lobster pasta. Either way, I'm looking forward to a quiet holiday of not hosting and waiting hand and foot on my in-laws!
Amber - have fun!
