What are you thankful for this week?

I'm so thankful that I got out of that awful job when I did! I'm thankful that DH was supportive, even though it means that we're back down to one income...which is stressful.

I do have some good news to share...finally! About an hour after I got home yesterday, I got an email from one of the jobs that I had applied for. I have a phone interview in about an hour!!!! It's at a non-profit and their mission is everything that I'm looking to do. I'm beyond excited! 

When one door closes (in this case, slams and is welded shut, LOL), another one really does open (I hope!)! Please send good vibes and crossed fingers!

Thanks for all of the well wishes! I just got off the phone. My interview was about 30 minutes and went very well! I think that she was very impressed by my resume and enthusiasm. We were on the same page on a lot of issues that they advocate for, which was great. I have an in person interview next week (probably on Tuesday, but she'll let me know later today). I'm so excited and I hope that this opportunity will work out : )

I'm thankful that spring break starts tomorrow. I'm also thankful that H and I get to take a short vacation to Gatlinburg, then visit his Nana, then see some OOT friends on our way home. 

I'm thankful that the 2nd foot doctor I saw thinks my pain is nerve related (which is what we believed), referred me to a spine doctor, and gave me a nerve pain medication that seems to be doing wonders.

I'm thankful for two things--both sort of interrelated.

This week--in particular yesterday and today has been miserating for me. And I'm just so thankful for H for kind of keeping me level and trying to make sure I'm calm and happy.

I'm also thankful that one of my tiny tiny fur babies is slowly pulling through from whatever ailment is going on with her. Still taking her to the vet though since she scared me.

Thankful that we can afford to get a new car so that next week we won't have to drive all over Indianapolis with just one.  Two years ago, we would have just had to suffer.

I'm thankful that my hubby is coming home today from a business trip.

I'm thankful for the registry completion discount and being able to finish getting everything we need for our LO.

I'm thankful for my puppy that keeps me company when I'm lonely.

@mrshall1027 We are looking at either a Ford Fusion or a Ford Escape, 2012 or newer.  I've NEVER had a car that new or nice, and never had a car payment...so I'm kind of nervous.  My family drives beater cars, this is new territory for me.  It will be nice to have something reliable with low mileage I suppose.
