Weekly Dinner Menu 3/29

Good Morning Ladies! I'm rather grumpy this morning as we had some snow again this morning! GRRR Its the never ending winter!

Here's my week

Sunday- taco lasagna
Monday- chicken patties ( i have zumba and DH is working late)
Tuesday- baked pesto chicken
Wednesday- Crockpot lentil soup
Thurs- Easy Lo Mein
Friday- not sure yet,

Hubby cooked chicken casserole Sunday.  Had a work thing tonight.  Otherwise for the rest of the week, we are eating out of the freezer (maybe a little takeout too) because I have to cook Passover dinner for 16 people Saturday.  I'm feeling a little overwhelmed.

DH was gone all last week and is gone again this week on business trips. I'll have eaten through our leftovers, freezer and most of the pantry by the time he gets back.

I don't have any plans to make anything this week, but I'm looking forward to making Easter dinner on Sunday.

Sedar foods like horoset, boiled eggs (I think this is just my family who expects tons of boiled eggs), and the seder plate (doesn't require cooking).

Matzah ball soup

Gefilte fish

Brisket

Leg of lamb

String beans

Potato kugel 

For dessert, a bunch of people are bringing things, so I'm not doing this.  I am ordering a large amount of french macaroons
