Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Weekly Dinner Menu 4/19/15
Tonight: chicken salad
Monday: roast chicken
Tuesday: leftovers
Wednesday: blackened tilapia with sweet potato casserole (I completely forgot I had that in the freezer)
Thursday: leftovers
Friday: Thai noodle bowls
Saturday: out to dinner
Then we leave for 12 nights in Mexico! This last week of cooking and real life is going to kill me!!!! Count down: 7 days

I don't have an exact plan for what we will be eating the rest of this week, but I imagine we will be eating some of the following:
Chicken fajitas with sautéed onions and bell pepper
Venison chili (it is supposed to get down into the 30s later this week)
Fried Wild Alaskan Halibut with homemade mayo/Dijon and spicy mustard dipping sauce
Teriyaki chicken thighs (might do Asian stir fry or may become fried rice)
Leftover Mushroom and white wine orzo (I can't wait to eat this again!)
Venison hamburger steak with mushrooms and onions and asparagus with bacon and honey as a side dish
@BlueBirdMB have tons of fun on your trip to Mexico!!
Sun- bbq at my brothers house
Mon- baked tilapia with rice or cous cous and edamame
Tues- Sausage and pepper heros
Wed- Chicken Ranch Tacos
Thurs- Cruncy Onion Chicken
Fri- out to dinner with a friend
