Good morning, ladies!
IU'd love a piece of advice on "what-to-wear" subject.
My sister- in- law is getting married in the end ofJuly. The wedding is hasty, as the bride is happpily expecting, with limited number oif guests (50), no church and taking place in the family property (read - in the middle of nowhere).
However, this family is very traditional and weddings are usually on the classy, hat-wearing, black-tie side of the things.
Therefore I have no idea what to wear.
No darks - as it is in superhot July
I am worrying about nudes and pink-off-white-pastels, as I am most definitely not the bride
Worrying about florals, as being too "laid-back" for this kind of family, or maybe I am just looking at the wrong florals?
please, help.
Thanks in advance!
Re: a wedding what-to-wear question
What a marvel ! How long is your Glorious Mane ? On its own, it is a
thing of its own. Don't wear Black: not good for a Wedding in August
& methinks it will not reveal enough your 'originality' and I'm
certain your unique sense of Humour.
I am not one for Flattery - check my Q/A's.
Cover your legs, so that you can forget about them.
DON'T COMPROMISE ON SHOES. I can run run in High heels, how are your
feet ? If acceptable: Play all the Way - emphasis on Colour. Experiment
beforehand with a Professional pedicure: if you look after your feet
from now on, they will return the favour.( promise: hope to die).
Coton/silk sleeves will not make you too hot.
How your Shoulders & Breasts & Back & nape of the neck ?
If acceptable: SHOW !
Whatever colour you choose, remember the Shoes.
Just be your joyful Self : you'll make a Fine Witch !( Do your Eyes, of course).
Laugh, it is your Best Forte !
