Maggie Sottero Joelle Wedding Gown $700
Beautiful, classy gown with delicate corded embroidered lace on tulle A-line gown, complete with grosgrain ribbon belt or Swarovski crystal grosgrain ribbon belt and covered button over zipper closure. Available with detachable lace cap-sleeves. Retails $1375 selling for $700.
Picked up in Dec 2014 and worn once for my wedding day April 3, 2015. I did not have bridal portraits done and only tried the dress on at the alterations place. The dress has been professionally cleaned ($165 value) and I have an extra button to provide the buyer just in case it's needed.
Dress is Ivory in a size 14. I wear a size 10 in normal clothes so the size does run one to two sizes small. I DID NOT alter the dress size or length in any way. It fit me beautifully as is; I did however have the sleeves altered to fit me properly and added a bustle. But otherwise, the dress is in the same condition as it was shipped to me in relation to size and length.
I am 5'7" tall and wore a 2 ¾" heel. I am not sure of the height with shoes but would guess it to be about 5'10" based on this experience.
The dress contains a built in corset, so it is very flattering to your figure and pulls you in before it is zipped up and then buttoned to complete the look.
It's a stunning dress and was comfortable for me to wear, even with the corset. You won't be disappointed in it's beauty and style.
