Happy Mother's Day (Weekend)

Hope it's a great day or weekend spent with your kiddos or your moms.  We'll probably try to facetime with my mom and P's mom tomorrow.

We visited DH's grandma today. She seems to be doing very well since have surgery to remove her tumor almost 3 weeks ago. They are going to give her more chemo come June. DH's mom is sick so we were told it is best not to visit. Tomorrow we'll skype with my mom. I am hoping to maybe be able to get a pedicure tomorrow.

That's great news about your DH's grandma. Glad she is doing okay. 

Yay pedicure.  I love those.  Hope you can get one tomorrow.  Such a great way to relax.

Great news!!  

I spent the day yesterday with my mom running errands.  Went to a kids consignment store and got a lot of good deals.  Today, I am hanging around the house.

We are flooding up here.  Thankfully I live in town, so I am not under water but many people are who live in the country. Our basement is wet, but nothing that we can't manage.  No school for me tomorrow!

Love the first part about your mom and baby consignment shopping. Not loving the flooding part. Glad you are safe.

We spent the day mostly just being low key. Caden got me flowers and DH got me a mani/pedi so I can get one more done before the baby gets here. My feet have been severely neglected since Caden was born. I'm a major sufferer of "so and so needs whatever before I need something for me." I'm trying to change that but it isn't easy.

We went bowling, J loved it. Made my day to watch his excitement.
