I've been avoiding this post because I'm annoyed. I've been within 100 calories of my goal for all but one day for nearly two weeks, and the scale hasn't budged. So FRUSTRATED!
I have been eating mindfully, and have eaten a minimum of sugary treats and nothing.
So I haven't written this post because I am annoyed and want to quit caring. But I know if I do I will get bigger and my clothes really won't fit. Sigh.

Re: Calorie tracker check-in
Last night at the potluck I went over my calories, but didn't go crazy, and I was up half a pound this morning from the weight I've been holding steady at for nearly two weeks. Ugh!
It doesn't help that I haven't had time for a lunchtime or evening walk all week.
Sorry for being whiny, but thanks for the encouragement.
That will help prevent me from decimating the cookie table tomorrow night!
