How do you feel? Like he is growing up waaaaay too fast!

Any Milestones this week? Another tooth, that makes 8

Rants/Thoughts/Pictures? We went to his first allergist appointment yesterday. It was good and frustrating at the same time. We were not able to get any definitive answers because he didn't respond to the skin prick tests at all. Like, he didn't even react to the pure histamine that he was given. So, he had to go in for a blood test this morning :(  Hopefully we can get some answers this week. But, the doctor did say he is definitely an allergic kid. That is both validating and terrifying for me.

Here is a pic of his poor back :(

    W2O or 2WW? W2O

Testing plans: Wound up caving in and taking one last Thursday--negative. AF showed up the next day. Oh well.

Chart stalks/rants/Thoughts: Feeling a bit better now that I can chart things a little easier. Trying to guess made it tougher. I'm also a bit glad things came up negative this time. This last week made me realize how many things I'm going to need to improve on health/diet wise.

    CD 1 :(

    W2O or 2WW? 2WW

Testing plans: I tested this morning and got a BFN, which was disappointing.  ^^^Now I know why.

Chart stalks/rants/Thoughts:   My plan this cycle was to stay really busy during the 2WW to keep my mind off it, but I've felt really sick so far this week so I haven't really been doing much, which means my mind wanders and focuses on pregnancy and stuff.

On Sunday at church the kids were doing some songs and performances and for some stupid reason, I got really emotional during them.  I literally had to blink back tears, not because I was moved by their performance but because I so want to be in the same spot, years from now watching my own kids doing something like that.  But of course, I can;t share this with D because he gets all weird when we talk about our future with or without kids.

  • mpjf1001: Have you tried ginger pills to help with your queasiness?  It's best to take them with a small amount of food, so I usually take them with a bite of fruit and they work really well.

  • @Willy1020 I was an allergy kid too and I remember that back test!  Honestly it traumatized my mother way worse than it did me, if it makes you feel better :)  Hope he gets some relief soon!

Thanks! He was such a trooper and wiggled and fussed more when the numbers were being written than the actual pokes. Hopefully we get answers soon!

Thank you :) I found a surface to prop my phone on and took videos. I then did screen shots and used my picsart app to edit them :) I used sheets as backgrounds.

How do you feel? Pretty good. I've been getting some good sleep lately and that's been pretty awesome. I'm going to start working again tomorrow which I'm not looking forward to. I know things are going to be a huge mess and I'm going to have a huge headache trying to catch up.

Any Milestones this week? She's giving a lot more social smiles and she's so much more alert and aware of things around her. The thrush is finally cleared up and she's feeling so much better. I bought her a rock and play and she loves it! I can finally put her down and she doesn't cry the whole time.

Rants/Thoughts/Pictures? H is completely against waking up in the middle of the night to feed Aria. He says he won't be able to go back to sleep or he won't be awake enough to safely care for her. I call bullshit on that but I haven't said anything since he's been working and I haven't. Now that I'm going back to work, me being the only one waking up is not going to fly. He suggested that he stay up with her until midnight while I go to sleep, but she is usually asleep by 10 and wakes between 2-4, so that really won't help me out. I guess we're gonna have to just wait and see how it all plays out, but I have a feeling it's going to be a battle.
