not really.  I don't really have any issues with carson, but trump seems so much like a bully to me.

No. Not Carson and Trump. I love Carson. Trump annoys me. Also, I think that a dose of humbleness is needed in a president - NOT passivity, but rather humbleness and sincerity. Trump is on the opposite end of the spectrum from all things humble/sincere. Also, there's some question about whether or not he has supported the Clinton Dynasty in the past.

Trump is the opposite spectrum of all things politically serious.  I really feel like his entire campaign is a gigantic joke.

we still got quite a bit of time before we really know all of who is running and who will get the party nomination.  I'm still hoping for someone else to come out and run - I'm really not feeling anyone right now.

Wow! I just saw that Trump is now #1 in a new national poll. It is early though ....

At first I didn't like him (when he was going to run in the past) because I didn't think he was serious. In reality I think he was feeling things out. I think he is dead serious now because he is disgusted with what is going on in the U.S. He can be blunt but I truly feel he will make positive changes.

Anyway,should be interesting to see the debates...

Remember Herman Cain?  He was further ahead in the polls than Trump at this point in the season 4 years ago... so yeah...

I think people like Trump because they are angry.  We are intensely polarized right now and both sides are pretty pissed and he's great at publicly expressing the anger.  That doesn't make for a good leader and ultimately, the outrageousness will also be his downfall.
