Real estate help please? - Removing Trulia photos

Trulia has photos of my possessions - How do I get them off?

- I contacted my real estate agent.  She is the agent on the house we sold and bought.  She claims it can't be done.  Various internet searches claim it can be done.  I think the real problem is she is clueless when it comes to computers.

- I tried contacting Trulia via their online form and got nowhere.

- I tried searching for instructions.  I found a number and it wasn't valid.

- I tried to claim the house we bought to edit facts.  I says it will send an e-mail and doesn't.

Is anyone a real estate agent and willing to send me step by step instructions on how to do this for my clueless agent?  I am so annoyed.  We bought / sold these houses two years ago.  The agent also claimed the MLS would only let her take the interior shots of our house and she had to leave one photo on there or get charged $25.  How can be when the listing is dead????  Agghhh!!!!!!!!!!!

You need to contact the listing agent, they are the ones that have to make sure the pictures are removed, not the buying agent.

The listing agent is the one that is clueless.  She claims she can't remove them from there.

The listing agent for the house we sold and bought are the same woman.

then I would call the office she works for and go to her manager. Someone in her office should know how to do it.
