Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Detroit w Kids
I used to post on thenest many moons ago. I'm new to the Detroit area and have 3 kids - always looking for new things to do. I just read about Mitch Albom's Detroit Water Ice Factory and I'd love to check that out. I'd be driving in from Ann Arbor so looking for something else for us to do to justify the visit. I'm thinking Belle Isle. Would anyone recommend (or not) visiting Belle Isle? Any other suggestions for places we should check out?
Since there is no time stamp (wth?), I'll write one in myself!
