Life update (super long)
I have started typing this out about 3 times in the last 10 days and have been interrupted every time. So here it goes.
I have been so busy as you all can see or understand. Juggling 3 kids, work and travel. I honestly was starting to think that I cannot keep doing this.
As soon as I started having these thoughts I told my PT job that this was getting ridiculous that they kept putting more manager type duties on my plate since maternity leave and no pay increase had to stop. My boss thought about what I said for a week and then asked what would it take to get you to come on salary. I was shocked because in the past I said I couldn't and honestly wouldn't because of my company. I shot for a high salary and the next day they came back and said they would do it for 2K less than what I asked. Including benefits. That is a dream word for me since I haven't had them in 4 years. 20% bonus potienal, 401k matching, health insurance, two weeks vacation and company card.
I thought about it for a day and realized it's a opportunity of a lifetime. I will have a huge resume builder because of this. I am a regional manger overseeing 11 states.
My business is in a place that I can cut back and still make commissions off of my employees. Can't decide how to filter out a few regular clients and don't want them to think I don't care because I am bettering myself.
Travel is going to be tough but hopefully I can build a team to delegate a ton of tasks to.
On another note I am going to test my wedding biz in another market next season. Exciting!
Planning a couple big parties soon. My bday in November and end of wedding season bbq. That's been fun!
D is doing great in school and only 13 more months to go. He has been so supportive through this and became my booking manager for weddings. It's freed up a lot of time that I used to spend emailing brides.

Married the love of my life on 1-21-12. Our princess arrived on 5-28-13.
