As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

2 Customer Service Raves

1. My mom ordered DD an outfit from Zulily.  Not sure what my mom was thinking, but she ordered the wrong size.  When it came she contacted Zulily about a return.  They told her that they would just credit her account and she could keep the original to use, give away or donate.

2.  I bought DS some French terry pants from Carters.  After a few wears, one pair had a hole in the knee, and another pair had faded significantly.  I wrote a fair, but poor review on their site.  A few weeks later I received an email from Carters offering me a refund and sending me a pre-paid shipping label so I can ship the pants back so they can review the quality issues. 

It's always nice when companies go above and beyond what is expected and encourages me to shop there more in the future.
