Arab nations requesting U.N. give them site of wailing wall & a book rec

Arab nations are requesting that the U.N. give the site of the Western Wall (Wailing Wall) to them and take it away from the Jewish people. http://www.foxnews.com/world/2015/10/20/un-cultural-arm-sets-vote-on-designating-western-wall-as-muslim-domain/

In light of this article, here is a book DH just read on the subject of the location of Solomon's Temple. It is compelling. And, if the U.N. DOES act in favor of the Arab nations, now or ever, it actually may not matter...this book asserts that the location of Solomon's Temple, as held by Jewish tradition at the Western/Wailing Wall (Temple Mount), is not actually the true site. The author uses historical, archeological, and scriptural evidence to make a good case of this.

I think it is of interest for a variety of reasons. The most significant of them being there is an organization in Israel that is basically all set to REBUILD Solomon's temple except for the site. If this book is true and the site is not at the Western Wall/Temple Mount, then the site is OPEN for Jewish construction of the Temple!!!

  • Can you imagine if the UN announced that the Statue of Liberty now belonged to another country?  Regardless of whether you contend that the Western Wall is a rebuilt copy of the original, the wall being debated is in the country of Israel, and thus, belongs to the country of Israel.

The UN is ridiculous.  They are so obviously anti-semitic it makes me sick.  Just as a small example, the only country not able to sit on the security council?  North Korea?  No.  Syria?  No.  Israel.  Yes.  In the past couple years, there have been 20 resolutions against Israel and 1 against Syria- a country that has mass murdered a quarter of a million people.
  • You know this sort of already happened to the American Indians. I worked in a national pak after college. The rules said you couldn't take anything out of the park, but we had to allow the members of the neighboring tribes take what they needed/wanted for ceremonies. And I was mapping the locations of archeological sites. My boss took us to area where they buried their trash and we found a finger bone sticking out of the dirt. It was not uncommon for tribes to bury people in the trash heaps because the ground was too hard to dig in. The elders were notified so they could rebury the bones.
