Question re: Day Three/Four (non sp)

I have Day Four available for me to pick up at the library. I'm not entirely sure if these are standalones or part of a series. Should I read Day Three first?

Also, are they any good? Nobody got time to read bad books!

It was our October discussion book and I think most of us thought it was "ok". @julie37619 and @SusieBW have read both.

You don't need to have read The Three to "get" Day Four, but it would give you some background.  There are only few references back, and the setting and characters are completely different.  I think you'd be fine reading Day Four as a standalone.

I thought they both were just okay, like Packfan said.  The premise of both books were good, but it seemed like something was definitely missing in the execution.

Thanks guys! I'll probably ready day three first then.

Then again I don't want to start them if they were disappointing towards the end.

I was one of the few who really loved both of them.  I think I gave them both four or five stars.
