Hi ladies,
Wondering if you wouldn't mind sharing an average day's (or two) diet with me? (Not a 'diet' but what you usually eat to stay healthy and fit.)
Essentially, I am struggling to know what is 'normal' in amount and frequency as I am normal weight but feel like I eat 'a lot' more than the average woman my age (early 30s) and it keeps me about 10lbs over (in fat content, etc- not just muscle) where I feel healthiest.
Also, I find if I try to cut back, I get really hungry and don't know if it's just habit. By knowing what other's normal is, it might help me to let those feelings pass and retrain my body.
Thanks so much in advance!
Re: Typical diet
I'm 33years old and I've been in that boat so many times!!! Last year I finally came across a plan that worked for me. I eat 5-6 small meals a day and I've been able to lose 98lbs and keep it off all while being at my absolute healthiest and never depriving myself of my favorite foods. If you're still interested, I'm happy to help. Send me a private message!
