What is everyone doing for NYE?  If you're hosting, what's on the menu?

I'm hosting!  We always have a NYE party with a different theme each year.  This year's theme is tropical NYE.  I basically plan my themes around my bar menu because I love to play bartender once a year.

Bar menu:

Margaritas and Daiquiris either flavored lime, mango, grapefruit, pomegranate, or guava

(I'm premixing these without the juices and then I can add the juices as I serve)

Mextasty (I did not name it, but I couldn't think of a better name.  I got the recipe from a local restaurant and that was their name).  It's tequila, lillet, lime juice, simply syrup

Hemingway Daiquiri, which is a daiquiri with grapefruit juice and maraschino liquor

A dark rum and champagne punch

Food menu:

Taco bar with either barbacoa beef or grilled fish served with a variety of toppings

Different types of salsa and chips

Green mango salad

Chicken satay

Shrimp cocktail

And then I'll put out some fruit and candies
