Which implant placement will look more natural - under or over?
Hey! I’m planning to go for a breast augmentation surgery from a clinic in Toronto. I have booked an appointment with Dr. Asif Pirani for next week and I’m really excited. I was waiting for a long time to get it done. I’m 32A and wanted 32D with natural look. Is there any difference in look between under and overs? Which implant placement will look more natural - under or over? Any suggestions are appreciated.
