Is it necessary to completely avoid foods that cause stain after teeth whitening?
I'm planning to have teeth whitening procedure from a dental care clinic in Toronto and I'm eagerly waiting my appointment date (8th Feb). I'm reading a lot to know more about this procedure. I saw mixed reviews about this procedure and I'm really curious about it. I just want to know how long after teeth whitening can I have dark colored food products? Is it necessary to completely avoid foods that may cause stains again?
