I'm still in the hospital but ds #2 was born about 8 am February 2nd. He was a repeat c section, and we are both doing pretty well. 20 inches and 7# 6 oz at birth.
We haven't managed a family pic yet, but here are a couple! Big brother Colton is intrigued by the new little guy.

his reaction was pretty fun to be honest. He's only 2.5, so even though we have been talking about baby, I really wasn't sure if he knew what we meant. The real test will be bringing baby home tomorrow, how he reacts to Levi in 'his' space.
I'm the oldest and was 3.5 when my sister was born. I realize that 2.5 and 3.5 is a huge difference in age, in child years. But I understood very well what was happening. Three of my earliest memories are related to my sister's birth.
I have a distinct memory of my grandma at the front door, at night, with my dad. I was excited she was spending the night with me, which she never did, because mom and dad were leaving to get the baby. I remember being taken to the hospital the next day and looking through that big glass at all the babies. I asked my dad which one was my sister. I also remember the first time I got to hold her.
