Australia's Military
They plan to spend $21B to beef up their military due to the increased military presence of China in the nearby seas. It's the largest military expense for them since WWII.
In other news, the US launched an unarmed nuclear missile. Apparently, they do this every so often to see if the missiles still work, but they (obviously) do it without a war head.
