Things have been slow on here and I was amused by this, this morning. Apparently, in Louisiana for party nomination choices, the GOP will break up its delegates on who they vote for. So, if Delegate A's area votes for Trump, they vote for Trump. If Delegate B's area votes for Cruz, they vote for Cruz.
Initial reports had come out that Louisiana's delegates were voting for Trump but, actually, 18 are voting for Trump, 18 are voting for Cruz, and 5 were going to vote for Rubio...because this election happened before he dropped out.
Here is what Trump tweeted about this: "Just to show you how unfair Republican primary politics can be, I won the State of Louisiana and get less delegates than Cruz-Lawsuit coming"
Dore, who is the head of the Louisiana GOP, said that proportional votes from delegates were rules in place before Trump was even a candidate. I also cracked up when Dore pointed out that, although it is unclear who Trump is threatening to sue, the Louisiana GOP is ready and confident in their rules...jic it is them.
