Does anyone know the answer to this?
I was thinking... still not sure I can vote for Gary Johnson in a general election with Trump vs Hilary, so I may not want to vote at all. The guy I wanted to support for Congress just dropped out (despite being way ahead in polling, which confuses me) and I know I hate both the Congressional choices. HOWEVER, I really want to vote for our incumbent Senator.
Can you only vote on one section of a ballot? Like, it doesn't screw up the counting process right? I've never left a section blank on a ballot before.
