We had the strangest thing happen the other day when we were touring a home. After we were done, the seller's realtor called ours and screamed at her, saying she didn't have permission to tour the home (of course she did, as evidenced by e-mails, etc.). We genuinely liked the home, so our realtor tried to explain our potential interest in making an offer, and the seller's realtor hung up. So bizarre. Our realtor had mentioned earlier that he had been very rude to her when coordinating the showing, and was also very hard to understand. The listing now does say "no showings until further notice."
No idea what happened there, but the seller's realtor cost them an offer. I tried google-ing the realtor, but it's a very small company (possibly just him) and I couldn't find anything about it.
Anyone else have weird experiences when buying a home?
