PSA: CT/NY/MA/RI Electricity Savings

Shamefully I've been very busy at work and haven't had much chance to get the MM board lately, but I recently stumbled upon some electricity savings that I knew I needed to pass along to those of you in CT, NY, MA and RI who share my passion for saving money, since I so appreciate when others do that (looking at you @hoffse with Scott's Cheap Flights!)
A local tech entrepreneur started a company called Utiliz which basically shops around on your behalf for the lowest cost electricity supplier for those of us in unregulated markets for a flat management fee of $2.99/month ($4.99 for small businesses). Unregulated electricity can be great, but a lot of these electricity suppliers will pull a "bait and switch" technique where they'll give you a low cost promotional rate for the first 4-6 months of your service, then increase your rates dramatically which wipes out any savings you might have seen if you're not careful to switch to a new supplier before your promotional period expires.
I signed up a few weeks ago and was just notified that starting next month, I'll be under contract with a new electricity provider (same utility servicing company overall) and that we would are projected to save 28%! For us (average electric bill ~$150), that will result in a ~$170 savings over the next 4 months. Even if you somehow already have a super low utility bill, they guarantee you will save at least as much as the management fee every year, otherwise they refund you the difference - so it's really a no brainer since you can't lose.
