All that matters is what is under the kilt!  And if he is wearing what (or what not) they are supposed to wear under a kilt, than he is more than welcome to wear the man skirt to my house. 

I just want to say that the first thing I really noticed were just how damn skinny his legs are!  They are like little toothpicks.
