This is the office/library.  I have bookcases in the basement also, but those are just a big old mess.

I have two small shelves in the spare bedroom.  The rest of my books are scattered all over the house - living room, master bedroom, even the bathrooms.

I don't have a pic. There's not much to see. I have a lawyer's bookcase(with the glass doors). One shelf has HP and Twilight and the other has Jude Deveraux. I own all her books(guilty pleasure). Otherwise, I have a shelf of cookbooks and then misc stuff. I rent most of my books for the library.

I got them from a Nestie who was getting rid of them (SCORE for me!!), but she got them from Crate & Barrel.  I saw some there this weekend, but the color was slightly different.

Okay, here is a crappy cell phone pic of my messy shelf. You can't tell from this crap picture, but the piles of books are 3 deep in some places. 

I have just tried to cover up some of the piles with photos, but it doesn't really work.

here's mine. we're in the market for a new bookshelf as this is not going to be holding my HP books and the 4 i've got shipping to me. it's missing a few of my books but not many. I've only recently picked up reading again as the last time i read a lot was in the 6th-7th grade (i have 2 boxes of Sweet Valley books and 1 misc. box of books).

and even though there isn't much, i organized it 2 days ago.

I don't have an actual bookshelf (that's my requested b-day present from DH- build me bookshelves) but they spread out over 2 walls, lined up in a row on the basement ledge. It's a giant mess
