We are staying home and cooking a roast beef for the three of us.  Nothing special.  Tomorrow we are going to take down the tree and I have a lot of laundry to do.  We are soooooooo boring.

We were going to go out for sushi, but now we're sort of considering getting all of the stuff and making it at home.  We've never made sushi before though - so it could be a total flop. 

 I'm really looking forward to a quiet night at home with DH

We were planning on just hanging out at home, but our Neighbor invited us to their NYE party and we would really like to go meet and get to know our neighbors...so we're trying to scrounge up a babysitter for at least a couple hours....

DH has to work until 6:30pm.  We will just be staying in and I doubt we will even stay up to see the ball drop.  DH has to be up at 4:30am for work tomorrow.

We're going to a friend's NYE party.  It's kids included so hardly a glamrous event but it's nice, low-key fun.

We are headed to a small NYE dinner party--maybe 25 people total. The hostess is not serving dinner until 10:30pm, I should be passing out in my salad by then...... I can see this evening totally BLOWING!!!!

We are having another couple over for dinner/drinks.  We are going to start cooking a roast around 4 and then have appetizers around 8, dinner at 10, and dessert around 11:30.  Want to spread it out so that we don't get too hungry, but keep going long enough to see midnight (otherwise we might fall asleep!!!)

I haven't decided yet i could always hope the bus to the casino at 730 tonight but i don't know if i really want to go alone. But i know I might call a friend who invited me there

DH and I are driving up to Saratoga and meeting friends there for dinner, then out to some bar or other.  We have hotel reservations so we'll be up there for the night.

Confession: DH and I don't really want to go.  One of our friends planned it and we were excited at the time, but we're still so tired from Christmas that we wish we could stay in for a quiet New Year!

I am hoping to get out of the city by 4pm and head back to CT.  DH and I plan to get our favorite pizza for dinner and have some appetizers at home with plenty of drinks to go around!!
