Side dish Help?
Hi ladies! I was looking for some suggestions on a couple side dishes for tonight. I am making beef pinwheels, so rolled with swiss and spinach. Any suggestions?

I'm always a fan of simplicity... mashed sweet potatoes with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamin! Then maybe another veggie side... hmmm... I don't know.
I may have to make mine tonight! Granted... I have nothing to go with it since I never took anything out of the freezer. OOPS!
