Re: Hillary/Realtor in Seacoast
Hi Micaela, How have you been? You were so helpful when we first moved out here last year! Have the condo's in your area come down since last year? Looks like a lot of places have.
Hope all is well!
i don't think our builder has dropped his prices - they are the same as they were last year.
here are a few examples of places in dover that could be nice. i don't know what your price range is so i'll find some in a few different budget zones:
townhomes:
we looked in wingate and it's a pretty cute little neighborhood. the specific property we toured wasn't right for us but maybe this one would work for you. it looks like they have a finished basement... that's a big plus with a baby on the way!
this looks like a gorgeous place but it may not be what you want due to it being a condo with no private land.
maybe a bit pricey but a beautiful place!! i love all the detail in the moulding and the old charm mixed with new amenities. it also has its own private yard - that's a big perk!
houses:
this one is all kinds of cute... i love the entryway looking onto the staircase and the oversized garage is a nice bonus! the price is right too.
i love this one - that patio out back is awesome, the hardwood floors look nice and i'm a big fan of the bright walls. a great price for a great house!
i don't know how this is 235k but i feel like i want to sell our place and move into this one! wow.... aside from the curb appeal and space, the inside looks really nice with an open layount and the yard is amazing.
looks very nice! this is more expensive but it looks like you get a lot.
i hope that helps!
