    2) how many [pounds, inches, or pants sizes] are you trying to lose?

19, but I lost 3 since I started trying to lose weight over the summer. So, I'm at 16 now.

    3) what kind of diet plan are you on?

I've tried every diet in the book, so now I'm just going to be conscious about what I'm eating and drinking and make better decisions. I'm trying not to use the d-word.

    4) when do you start c25k?

I'm going to try to start sometime today!

    5) what is the one thing you feel like is holding you back from moving forward with getting in shape

Being motivated is a really big problem of mine. Plus, I really just don't feel like it's something I'm good at, there for I feel lazy about trying. Just being honest here =P

    2) how many [pounds, inches, or pants sizes] are you trying to lose?

20 lbs...but if at 20 pounds and I am not down two pants sizes, then as many more will get me down to size

    3) what kind of diet plan are you on?

Like Anna said, the D-word is a bad, ugly word.  So, my resolution this year is to become a healthier person.  I love cokes, so I know cutting those out will be a huge calorie saver.

    4) when do you start c25k?

I have to come up with a way to keep track of the time...I don't have a track close by to measure distance.  As soon as I figure that out, I hope to be on track (no pun intended).

    5) what is the one thing you feel like is holding you back from moving forward with getting in shape

While I feel motivated to go out and exercise, I am a big fat baby, and I am scared to go walking after I get home because it is already dark.  Sounds like a pitiful excuse but is the sad reality.  Oh...and I love food so it is hard for me to stop eating it even when I am stuffed to the gills.

    2) how many [pounds, inches, or pants sizes] are you trying to lose?

Ideally, I'd like to lose about 30.  Realistically, I'll say about 20.

    3) what kind of diet plan are you on?

I have been on Weight Watchers for about a year already

    4) when do you start c25k?

    I started on Tuesday*

    5) what is the one thing you feel like is holding you back from moving forward with getting in shape?

Time.  I go through phases where I'm really good with working out and eating, but then I get busy with school and I let myself get overwhelmed and I stop going to the gym and paying attention to how I'm eating.  I'm determined to not let this happen this year.

    * because I have a lot of old injuries (I was a gymnast, and my lower body is pretty beat up).  Physically, I'm not sure I can ever run 3 miles - I just don't know if my body will let me - but I'm going to go as far as I can in the C25K plan and be happy with that.

    2) how many [pounds, inches, or pants sizes] are you trying to lose?

Ideally, I'd like to lose about 40. That's how much I weighed pre wedding and pre baby. I don't know if that's realistic in one year...but that's what I really want to do...since I have been extremely lazy on working out and eating well the last 2 years that should make a HUGE difference.

    3) what kind of diet plan are you on?

Nothing specific...I think I am just going to choose food more carefully and watch my portions..more grilled, more veggies, more fruit, more water...less fried, sweets, soda, etc.

    4) when do you start c25k?

    Today

    5) what is the one thing you feel like is holding you back from moving forward with getting in shape?

Time here too...I feel like when I'm not working I should spend that time with DS..I have a jogging stroller

  • Confession... I never did exercise yesterday, and today didn't look so hot either =(

     I think I need a whoopin'.

    2) how many [pounds, inches, or pants sizes] are you trying to lose?

Hmm.... I dunno yet.  Ideally I would like to be down 35 pounds maybe a little more.  I just want to feel good.  Especially when shopping for clothes- I want to be excited and not dread it.  So if 35 pounds isn't enough to do that then however many pounds it takes to get there.

    3) what kind of diet plan are you on?

I think I am going to start by drinking 8 glasses of water, eating fruit with my lunch every day, and not going out to eat unless it is an occasion.  If I make my own food I eat fairly healthy.  When I go out I don't eat healthy at all!

    4) when do you start c25k?

Well I am starting the "eating better" (not going to use the D- word) tomorrow and the actual running on Sunday ( I have to work tomorrow and I know I won't run when I get home)

    5) what is the one thing you feel like is holding you back from moving forward with getting in shape?

Work-  I know that sounds crazy but we have so many reps and docs that bring food to the unit and it is really hard not to snack while I am there. Since I work 12 hours I am exhausted by the time I get home so I never want to work out.  So I am definitely going to have to figure out a plan for this!

So excited that we are doing this ladies!!!

    2) how many [pounds, inches, or pants sizes] are you trying to lose?

I would like to lose 15-20 pounds and go down 2 pant sizes.

    3) what kind of diet plan are you on?

Nothing right now.  It's been a rough few days with everything that went on with my aunt, I just started getting back into the swing of things today.  DH and I went to the gym this morning and I'll start better eating habits tomorrow.  I'm not doing any type of diet just watching what I eat and trying to incorporate fruits and veggies.

    4) when do you start c25k?

Not actually doing C25K.  I just want to improve my running pace since I can already run 1.5 miles.  I'll just gradually work myself up to 5K.

    5) what is the one thing you feel like is holding you back from moving forward with getting in shape?

My lack of motivation to eat better.  I just need to get in the right mindframe and not eating everything just because it's right infront of me.  I need to work on my willpower and learn how to say no.

    Siggy coming soon....
