I grew up in an alcoholic household, so I've always been pretty afraid of self-medicating with alcohol (and have never used drugs) bc I can see an addictive part of me.

I'm pretty riled up tonight, but instead of breaking out the booze to make myself feel better, I'm parked in front of the computer with Twilight streaming from my new favorite country - Japan.

I would just go to the theater like I did last time DH and I fought, but I'm too comfy in my PJs.

I am sorry you are having a rough night. Twilight is a wonderful drug! It is very habit forming though, which I am sure you know all about! hehe

It's already better. Edward has calmed me down, DH has cut down on his doucheyness, and I'm having a grand old time with some great creepy Internet people.

oh yay!  So glad the DH started behaving himself.  I've been logging onto this board at night and reading throught the day's events here lately.  So awesome to have a board that doesn't die at night.  And one that not only won't make fun of my Edward/Twilight obsession, but makes it worse!
