So I only have to go into work today for an hour because we are deciding our new schedules today/

Back story:  there are normaly only 3 of us in our office, 2 of the girls are pregers and having babies this month/beginning of next month. So we hired a new girl who I have been training.  From now on there will only be 2 of us in the office.

Whats going on now:  We are working out a new schedule of who will be in the sales office when and who will work weddings/banquets when.  I have been working there for 2 years now so I am hoping that I have shown then I should get the better schedule (i.e. less weekend nights, more sale time)!  They want to make this as fair as possible, which I think sucks, I think she needs to pay her dues, but whatever..The owner of the company will be there today to help make all these final decisions... I am nervous...  I just need some wishing on my side.

Good luck!  You have valid points about seniority and therefore, should be entitled to the better schedule.  If asked by your bosses about the scheduling, I think you should speak up about these points.  Sorry for the unsolicited advice, I tend to do that often!
