I need a pork chop recipe please!
Hi ladies -?
I ordered DH some Omaha Steaks and included in the set were some boneless pork chops. I don't eat meat & have never cooked these before so I am clueless.
Any suggestions for an easy recipe?
TIA!?
Re: I need a pork chop recipe please!
I had never cooked pork chops until a few months ago (I swore I didn't like them) and they were sooo easy. Just pour on some EVOO, fresh cracked pepper, fresh cracked sea salt, Chopped fresh sage and tarragon.
Honestly it was the easiest recipe. Then you just grill them for 5-6 minutes on each side.
YUMMY
I made this for DH and he loved them. I usually don't love pork, but I really liked how this came out, really tender and the sauce is nice and tangy. It was really easy to make too.

hey B, this is my favorite way to cook pork chops. though i also add in a bag of fresh mushrooms. it's a little rich but so very yummy. the chops come out nice, moist & tender. serve over brown rice & a side of veggies or salad. i just might have to make this sometime soon! yum.
