OMG I love it!!!
We have a little girl at school (she's not quite 2.5). She's adopted ... parents are white and she's African American and something ... not sure what (mom and dad don't know). We LOVE her hair ... we'll pull it out of whatever her mom has it in and call her Diana Ross ... it's seriously huge!!
It's not tight ringlets, it's just super curly and it's not coarse. Not sure what can be done with it but it's fun!!!
