Anyone in market to buy a house in Brownsburg/NW Indy?

I'm getting ready to list my home in Brownsburg/NW Indy and I am really looking for a quick sale. I thought I'd post some info here in case anyone is in the market (or knows someone in the market) for a home that's in a great location and is a great value. We bought the house 5 years ago for $155,000 and our list price is $145,000 right now, before we start with a realtor. I am willing to entertain ANY OFFER.

theresalmac - the builder was CP Morgan. We did a lot of upgrades with them when we built our place. It was so much fun to go in to their showroom and pick all the upgrades to do! I can't say that many other houses have done the upgrades in our neighborhood...Please let me know if you're interested!!! Very willing to negotiate.
