I'm getting ready to list my home in Brownsburg/NW Indy and I am really looking for a quick sale. I thought I'd post some info here in case anyone is in the market (or knows someone in the market) for a home that's in a great location and is a great value. We bought the house 5 years ago for $155,000 and our list price is $145,000 right now, before we start with a realtor. I am willing to entertain ANY OFFER.
For photos, please see my bio!
Here's some quick info:?
-Built in 2003
-2216 sq. ft, 3BR, 2.5BA, .23 acres
-Fully fenced in yard, 2 car garage
-Gas fireplace, stainless steel appliances, recessed lighting in kitchen, upstairs loft area
-Master suite with vaulted ceilings, garden tub & walk-in closet
-Neighborhood pool, basketball, baseball and tennis courts, walking trails, ponds?
-1 mile from Eagle Creek?
-Short (<20 min) commute to downtown, north side, airport
?
Thanks! I appreciate it and wish me luck in selling!
Re: Anyone in market to buy a house in Brownsburg/NW Indy?
We are still unsure where we want to be/will be but I wish you all the luck selling the house. It's super cute and a good location!
OMG, we have the same house! We're even near you - Clermont/Avon-ish.
We just bought ours in August. Good luck!
