Ouch, pulled a Bella
Walked outside this morning, slipped on ice and fell flat on my back hitting my head on the steps behind me.
I'm in pain...where is Edward to rescue me?

I almost did the same thing in the bathroom this morning. Some water had dripped on the floor outside of the shower and I slid all the way across the floor before I caught myself before falling.
OUCH! I hope your head is okay.
It must be the morning for falling. I just went to sit down in my chair and just barely caught the edge of it and it wheeled out from under me and I landed on the floor. Glad no one was around to witness that one.
