Birmingham OB rec
Hi ladies. I don't need a rec for me, but my best friend is looking for a new OB in the Birmingham area. She needs someone who specializes in high risk pregnancies and would like a very small and intimate practice. She had a very bad experience with Dr. Jones at Henderson & Walton (St Vincents) and would like to avoid that group again. Any recommendations? TIA!

I see Sparks & Favor at Brookwood. Dr. Stradtman at Brookwood (either the man or the woman... they're husband and wife and both ob/gyns) is really nice too. I've never been pregnant so I don't know anything about that, but I do know that brookwood's ob/gyn's actually take time with their patients and at StV I felt like they were just herding cattle.
