Greenville/upstate computer engineering jobs

My DH just graduated from Clemson with a computer engineering degree.  He has a job offer with a company but it's definitely a less than stellar job.  We would love to be in Greenville, and I was wondering if you knew of any companies (big or small) that would be good to look into.  He's looking into some, but I know there's a few we're missing!  If you know of anything, let me know!  Thanks ladies

Has he looked into any of the automation companies in the area?  I know that there are several (big and small).  What does he want to do?  Where is his current offer? (If you don't mind me asking)  That might help with the companies I'd suggest.

In all honesty though - right now, the market is pretty slim so any job is better than no job.  Unfortunately with the economy engineers who can usually be picky can't be as picky...a lot of engineering firms are laying off right now.

His current offer is with a company called Natalytics, which is Greer.  He's going to take it while still looking for other opportunities, since it's definitely better than no job.  I think he's going to look into the auto companies.  He really wants to work with software.   Any suggestions you have would be appreciated!

Check Greenville Hospital Systems.  They have all sorts of jobs outside of the medical profession.  If he sees something he's interested in send me a pm with his e-mail address BEFORE he registers on the site and my DH can send him an employee referral which would at least put him on top of the stack of papers on the HR girls desk.

Depending on what his "specialty" is, he might want to take a look at Nuvox Communications. They're a pretty large company with an office in downtown Greenville.

My DH is also an engineer. There is a company in Greenvilel named Fluor that has been trying to get him.  Maybe check them out.

Thanks for the suggestions ladies!  I know he's being a bit picky because he has a job in Charleston to go to that he likes, so it has to be a good job for him to want to take it
