Anyone been to Orange County Regional History Center- taking a child there?
I don't think it is as "formal" as some museums but did not know it would be approp. to take my 2 yr old son. He is pretty well behaved but not silent. We could take turns taking him out if needed. Anyone been there recently to give some feedback.
Thanks!
Re: Anyone been to Orange County Regional History Center- taking a child there?
I'm not a mom yet, but DH and I went a few years ago with friends and their four year-old. We didn't have any problems at all, but he was kind of well-behaved and mature for four, so that may not be a good comparison.
There's a lot of things to read at the museum, so if you have kids below reading age, I'd either be prepared to read aloud and/or explain the displays to them or if they're little enough to ride in a stroller, give them something else to entertain themselves, so they don't get bored.
Hope that helps a little!
