    1) Where are you in the C25k schedule?

Week 2, 2 days in. (running 90 seconds then walking for 2 mins) I accidentally skipped the first week- it's a loooong story =P

    2) What is one triumph you've had this week, if you've had one?

I actually did the whole workout on sunday without chickening out or throwing up my lungs!

    3) What is one pitfall you've fallen into?

I'm still not eating well =( I do ok breakfast - lunch, but at dinner I always eat bad foods and over eat. It's the thorn in my side.

    4) Name one song on your playlist that really gets your blood pumping and makes you want to push yourself harder when it comes on:

"Bleed it Out" by Linkin Park. It's at the end of my playlist, so when I hear it I know that I need to give it all I've got because it's the last song before I'm done.

    5) How often are you weighing in?

I'm trying to weigh in once a week.

  • 1) Where are you in the C25k schedule?

If you're not doing C25k, what is your workout routine?

I haven't actually started C2K yet.  I am trying to get into the routine of working out regularly first.  Sounds crazy but it is hard for me to follow a program when I am not used to working out.  So I have been doing 30 minutes of cardio 3 times a week this week.  Hope to pick it up to 4-5 days in the next couple of weeks and then start the c25k program in feb.

    2) What is one triumph you've had this week, if you've had one?

A family brought in Kripsy Kreme doughnuts at work and I didn't eat any of them

    3) What is one pitfall you've fallen into?

So far this week I have done really well.  Next week I am sure there will be a pitfall

    4) Name one song on your playlist that really gets your blood pumping and makes you want to push yourself harder when it comes on:

So What by Pink- I love the beat.  Old school Brittney Spears gets me going too.

    5) How often are you weighing in?

    once a week

Edit: 6) have you tried any healthy recipes? Share!

I made a yummy French onion soup last night.  I will have to post the recipe when I get home!

  • 1) Where are you in the C25k schedule? N/A

If you're not doing C25k, what is your workout routine? Working with my trainer 5 days a week an hour/day.  We usually go back and forth between cardio and weights, alternating each day, and about 2 or 3 days a week we'll throw in some core.  DH and I go to the gym every morning before work and I do an hour of cardio.

    2) What is one triumph you've had this week, if you've had one? I had one last week....I ran a mile and a half!!!

    3) What is one pitfall you've fallen into? I have been starving all day, so I caved and ate a fun size Milky Way and 3 small white choclate pretzels.

    4) Name one song on your playlist that really gets your blood pumping and makes you want to push yourself harder when it comes on: Anything by Rage Against the Machine.  That's who I was listening too when I did my mile and a half run and it really kept me goin.

    5) How often are you weighing in? Once a week

Edit: 6) have you tried any healthy recipes? Share!  I don't know of any right off hand, but DH and I have been making healthy recipes for dinner.  I'll have to find some when I get home and post them.

    Siggy coming soon....
  • Yay!!! Y'all are doing awesome! Good job!

I wish my pitfall were more like yours, W2J! I just can't seem to get a grip on my eating habits.

Girl, I've about decided that i need to start counting calories.  I think that's most of my problem today that I'm not eating enough.  Eating habits are a problem for me as well.

Ugh, if only it were easy. ;)

    Siggy coming soon....
  • 1) Where are you in the C25k schedule? Tomorrow I begin week 3

    2) What is one triumph you've had this week, if you've had one? I broke out my measuring cups so I can measure out my food portions.

    3) What is one pitfall you've fallen into? I don't think I have

    4) Name one song on your playlist that really gets your blood pumping and makes you want to push yourself harder when it comes on: Shut up and Drive

    5) How often are you weighing in? Weekly at Weight Watchers

    6) have you tried any healthy recipes? Share! I haven't tried any new ones, but I did make one I found a long time ago on WW that was shrimp, orzo, tomato and feta (and other spices).  It's really good, and I cut the points down by using whole wheat orzo.
