any vacations planned this year?
It's cold and I want to think about warm places. Anyone have any vacstions planned this year?
My sister and I are going to Ireland over Spring Break,...that is still 12 weeks away : (

We are still trying to figure out what we want to do. My husband only gets a week paid off and he already put in for vacation in Sept. I really wish we could get away somewhere warm soon though! Our One year anniversary is coming up in Feb, and I want to go back to CA where we spent our honeymoon. I am looking into it right now.
I*heart*him- Ireland? Thats so neat!!! What a once in a lifetime trip!
Well it is not a warm destination, but DH and I are going on an Alaskan Cruise/tour for 13 days in late May- to early June.
And then in October (depending on PTO time) we will be going out to Tucson to visit friends.
Wow Ireland is like my dream vacation... DH & I and my mom & dad are going to Myrtle Beach, SC in June. My little brother goes to a Golf Academy in Myrtle Beach and my parents have been out there but DH and I haven't... we will be getting a condo, laying on the beach, the boys will play golf, and one day my mom and I are going to go to Charleston, SC, I am so excited, I have always wanted to go there because I am such a huge History person! I can't wait to be somewhere warm!
I'm going to Orlando for work, followed by a wedding in Fort Lauderdale (same week so I don't have to pay for airfare--woo hoo!), we're going to my parents cabin in Wisconsin for a weekend, my mom and I are hoping to go to Charleston and Savannah, and DH and I will be going to either Disney World or on a cruise in fall.
It sounds like sort of a lot, but we didn't travel at all last year, and our vacation before that was our honeymoon, paid for by his parents. We are very overdue for some travel together.
My mom and I are thinking about Ireland in early 2010...I would love to go!
