So i haven't formally updated all of you on my diagnosis. So last week, i was diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease....
Sucky!!!
The weird thing is that its my left colon that has the disease, not my right where the pain is. The left colon is in very early stages so we caught it early enough that medicine should take care of it. I'm on a 6 week treatment plan.
Well for the past week I've still been having pain on my right side. The pain moved from my belly button (3 weeks ago), to my right side (2 weeks ago), to my pelvic bone area (1 week ago).
I saw my GI yesterday. He thought its weird that I'm having pain on my right when it was my left colon with the infection. I have not had any pain on the left. Well last night i woke up in the middle of the night with horrible terrible OMG pain. I was awake all night I couldn't sleep. Now this morning I feel horrible and really super nausea. I'm going back to cedars at noon to see my PCP.
My PCP originally thought I had appendicitis. My GI is starting to think that my original pain is definitely something else and not related to my colon.
I found out from my mom that she had appendicitis for 4 months before she got surgery because her tests kept coming back negative.
OMG, when will it end. I feel like total crap today. Please think of me and I hope i get through this. IT sounds like my PCP is either going to send me to the ER again, OR send me for another ct scan.

I seriously need a break!!! Anyone wanna go to fiji or tahiti with me. A tropical exotic island full of sun and umbrella drinks sounds amazing to me after all this craziness.
Honestly... I REALLY can not take another d@mn needle.
