Now, onto the fun.
Why did you move to NC? I followed DH and his family (boyfriend at the time) right after graduating from college. There were no job opportunities in newspapers back home, so I had to move somewhere, and following him made sense. I was hired a month before I moved here.
Aww man, bad timing! Oh well, the post will still be here :-)
How did he propose? He took me to the beach we'd talked about getting married at for years to "watch the storm come in." When I turned my camera on to take a picture of the angry sky and waves, he had the camera set to show the last picture taken - it was my e-ring. Confused, I turned around to see him on one knee in the snowy sand, holding out the ring.
Awwww.
When did you first read the HPs? Right after seeing the movie as a favor to a friend who towed along several children to see it. I borrowed her book as soon as we got back to the the dorms, then borrowed the second one, then borrowed the third and fourth from the little girl I used to babysit.
Then I bought them all and read them again.

Yep. It was pretty good. It got me warmed up for the season. Poor Jack. He's become such a martyr after all he's been through. I'm looking forward to the season to see how different it is without CTU.
And Tony's coming back! Yay! (even if he's bad, I still love Tony)?
Hooray!! Who is your favorite? I LOVE Tim McGraw, but Kenny puts on an amazing concert. Tim is sooo much hotter though

My absolute favorite country(ish, I guess)? Dixie Chicks, hands down. I do love me some Kenny Chesney, though.
Sadly, I've only seen Dixie Chicks, but that was years ago at Lillith Fair. None of my friends like country, so I have no one to go to concerts with. Fail.

Oh noes!!! You need to go to a Kenny concert! I (sadly) have never been to a Buffet concert, but they say that Kenny tailgating is second only to Buffet. Now that is saying something!

How did you meet DH?
We met on Match.com, but you will never see us on the success stories. I wasn't paying for the service at that time, but he was. He e-mailed me, but I couldn't e-mail him back, so I managed to sneak my e-mail address in the About Me section.
How did he propose?
We went on vacation to Gulf Shores, AL and he proposed on the beach at sunset. He was so nervous and I knew it was coming.
Has it been determined that posts = nesticles in this new format? I don't think that's the case. I had more (new) nesticles when the format switched over (I started posting on the new format when they switched the locals first) - I think I had five at that point, but they slowly started dropping away after they added the national boards to the new format. I've had three ever since then.?
When did you first read the Twi's?
I started getting interested in August when BD came out. My SIL was reading them and all the NBCers were talking about them.
When did you first read the HPs?
I haven't read them yet, but I bought the 1st and 2nd book so I will be reading them soon.
