As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Just curious...
So Marina's post about the Governator got me thinking about something I had heard on the news last week. It was something along the lines of the state issuing IOUs to CA residents that would be getting tax refunds for their 2008 state taxes.
So does this mean that when my speed-racer self gets pulled over by CHP and the officer tries to write me a fat ticket I can simply say "No, that's ok. Just take it off of your tab you owe me" ?
